Winner of the first prize at the 2013 Local Burger Grand Prix. Awaji Island onion cutlets about 8 mm thick are topped with Awaji beef cooked in sweet and spicy sauce and rich tomato sauce, with spicy mayonnaise as a secret ingredient.
Crispy lettuce, good bun texture.
