Awajishima Fukura Elementary School Shaved Burger.
It was so good I ate it again today! Here's a fresh photo...lol!
This burger really has a great overall balance.
The crispy seafood kakiage, feeling the thickened onion soup sauce on top of it, and the fried fish cake tucked in at the bottom of it all made a nice statement...
And the best hidden flavor! (Is it hidden or not?) There is a ponzu jelly sauce sandwiched in between, which also has a very nice sourness to it that enhances the deliciousness!
The students of Fukura Elementary School who thought of this are geniuses...I am impressed every day (+_+)☆.
...I couldn't stop talking about it.
