New Menu】It's that time of year again! Hamo Katsu Burger is now available!

The Awajishima Burger, using Awaji Island's summer fish "hamo" (pike conger), is now available again this year at the Uzu no Oka branch!

Hamo pike conger, raised in the rich waters around Nushima in Minami-Awaji City, at the southernmost tip of Awaji Island, are plump but small in stature. They are called "Bepin Hamo" or "Awajishima Hamo" because they are caught by longline fishing and have few scars on their bodies.

During the rainy season, mineral-rich sediment from the mountains of Awaji Island flows into the sea, and it has long been said that hamo that grows in the rain during the rainy season tastes even better. Rich in chondroitin, calcium, vitamin A, and other nutrients, hamo is also effective in beautifying the skin and preventing aging.

The popular "Hamo Katsu Burger" using such hamo from Awaji Island is now available only for a limited time and in limited quantities!

This year's burger features a refreshing plum sauce, a sprinkling of tasty dried bonito flakes from Matsuho in Minami Awaji City, and shiso leaves as an accent, making it the perfect burger for summer!

Please come to our Uzu no Oka restaurant for a hamo katsu burger during your summer vacation!

Our staff is looking forward to working with you!
