(^o^)\uff0f<br \/>\nCrispy fried large Awaji Spanish mackerel marinated in sweet vinegar and Awaji onion pickles topped with tartar sauce\u2606.<br \/>\nThe secret ingredient is Kinzanji miso made from Awaji onions!<br \/>\nThe Spanish mackerel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the pickled onions really add a nice accent.
