Please look forward to it!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for visiting the Uzu-no-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall.<br \/>\n2016 is fast approaching and another January has come and gone.<br \/>\nThe Uzu no Oka branch is currently closed temporarily for maintenance work.<br \/>\nWe are preparing to resume business as usual from 2\/4 (Thu.)!<br \/>\nTherefore,<br \/>\nLast week, I went to work at the \"head office\" located at Uzushio Roadside Station.<br \/>\nIt was a beautiful day as the cold wave that brought snow to Awaji Island had passed.<br \/>\nWe had so many visitors on Sunday. Thank you so much.<br \/>\nWe made burgers at the main store, but everything was different from what it usually looks like, from the structure of the store to the operations, the staff, everything ...<br \/>\nI was a bit flustered (laugh). I thought that I had to rotate my work to the head office once in a while.<br \/>\nAnd now, as of now...<br \/>\nThe main store and the Uzu no Oka store each have their own limited menu for both burgers and soft-serve ice cream,<br \/>\nWe are pleased to announce a new menu item at our Uzu no Oka store.<br \/>\nThick-sliced charcuterie burger with plenty of Awajishima onions<br \/>\nwill be available soon! The new burger is the result of much time and trial and error!<br \/>\nI am thrilled to announce that it is here. (I hope to publish more details in my next blog.)<br \/>\nAwaji Island Pork is a three-way crossbred pork raised spontaneously in the great nature that Awaji Island has to offer.<br \/>\n120g of the ribs are marinated in a homemade special sauce, slowly simmered, and then deep-fried in fine breadcrumbs to create a thick charcuterie.<br \/>\nToday, we are immersed in the preparation of the charcuterie portion of charcuterie cutlets.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/eki.uzunokuni.com\/etc\/images\/blog_photo\/post-2016-02-03-2.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n\u2191directional marker or indicator<br \/>\nA block of Awaji Island pork like this.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/eki.uzunokuni.com\/etc\/images\/blog_photo\/post-2016-02-03-1.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n\u2191directional marker or indicator<br \/>\nBake it like this.
