Why wasn't there one before? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is Awaji Island! An island with over 100% food self-sufficiency! Anything should be possible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a fan of a certain rice burger, this was long awaited...!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After repeated trial and error, and thanks to the staff who worked so hard to develop the product, we tasted the actual food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A whole conger eel is used as a cutlet,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the name \"Marugoto\" implies, the sauce also uses all the conger eel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flavors of fresh ginger and kaiware in the tartar sauce spread in the mouth, creating an exquisite marriage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
