Hello!
Awajishima Burger, this is Kubo from Awajishima Onion Kitchen Main Store☆.
Awaji Island is currently in the midst of the rainy season!
Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had many visitors today!
It is always a real pleasure! Thank you *\(^o^)/*
When it rains, the ground is slippery, so please be careful when you visit us!
(I almost slipped the other day too! LOL)
Well, well, well,
Today, we will introduce the buns (bread) used for the Awajishima burger.

A little about the ( ^ω^ )
The Awajishima Onion Beef Burger, which won first place at the Tottori Burger Festa 2013, of course, uses these buns! All of our other burgers (except for the Awajishima Onion Beef Cutlet Burger, which we have yet to introduce on this blog) are made with these buns.
The buns are very soft, fluffy, and sweet, and they go great with all the ingredients!
To be honest, even if you eat this bun by itself, it still tastes like a moooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!
The staff really likes the buns! I would have these buns for breakfast every morning...
In addition, Awajishima Onion Kitchen's Awajishima Burger, which is sandwiched between Awaji Island's specialties and seasonal ingredients, is a burger that can only be enjoyed at the main store and the Uzu no Oka Store.
We are constantly thinking of ways to make the Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen memorable, delicious, and surprising for the customers who come from far away to try our burger.
If you have any requests for a burger using ingredients from this Awaji Island, please contact us~! LOL!
If we hear of any new Awaji Island burgers, we will be the first to report them here on the blog, so everyone be sure to check back!
We look forward to seeing you again with our best smiles.
