Finally, from this weekend, we will enter the summer vacation, a fun time for children (how about adults...? lol).
Every summer vacation, many customers visit the main Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen and Uzu no Oka stores.
Our staff is working hard to prepare for the summer vacation so that we can satisfy many customers again this year.
That's why I started the other day with our signature item and of course the most popular, the Awajishima Burger.

To this, we are diligently manufacturing "onion pickles," which add an exquisite accent.

It's a hidden ingredient in the Awaji Island Onion Beef Burger, but it actually does a pretty good job with texture & acidity (lol).
Even onions are pickles! It is hard to find a pickle that is not a surprise to you.

I'm making onion pickles.
What's the hardest part....just coarsely chopping a huge amount of onions.... I can't do it without tears! LOL!
But in the end, we reach a state of nothingness (laughs).
