The Awajishima Onion Thick Charcuterie Burger

The main ingredient of this year's Awaji Island Burger is charcuterie!
What is "charcuterie"!
Awaji Island Pork is a three-way crossbred pig raised freely in the great nature that Awaji Island has to offer.
120 grams of the pork belly is marinated in our homemade special sauce and slow-cooked into a tender, tender pork chashu. The chashu is then wrapped in fine breadcrumbs and deep-fried to a crisp! It is wrapped in fine breadcrumbs and deep-fried to a crispy, thick "charcuterie!
The sauce is a combination of "Kitasaka-tamago" eggs (eggs picked in the morning from pure domestic chickens), Awaji Island onion pickles, and a special sauce with a sour taste, and a sweet and spicy char siu sauce!
Sandwiched in a sesame bun with plenty of Awajishima onions and lettuce!
The juicy texture of Awaji Island pork, the moderate sweetness of the fat, and the crispy texture of the charcuterie make for a very satisfying and very hearty burger!
