I am Kimura, the paktist of Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen.
Pakuchi is always served with ethnic dishes, but it is one of the herbs that many people do not like.
And on the other hand, there are many pakuchists who love pakuchi.
To tell the truth, I suddenly fell in love with Pakuchi one day.... It was as if I was touched by the kindness of a boy who bullied me and I fell in love with him! (This is a true story.)

We are currently working on a prototype of the Awajishima Pakuchi Burger (tentative) for its release.
Mr. Sakoda of 2525 Farm, one of our contract farmers who supplies us with the "Mitsu-tama" brand onions, was the one who grew Awaji Island Pakuchi! Awajishima Pakuchi sounds good ♡.
