Awajishima Burger This is Teraoka from Awajishima Onion Kitchen!
On New Year's Eve 2016, Mr. Hori, a supplier who has always been a great help to us, came to eat Awajishima Burger despite his day off, saying "I came to see our staff for the last time this year" (^^).
He came to eat with us several times in 2016, but on the last day, he chose the "Awajishima New Year's Eve Soba-Ga", a very limited edition burger, because he felt like he was destined for it!
What are your impressions?
I thought to myself, "What the heck is soba? I thought before I ate it, but as soon as I ate it, I said to myself, 'It's really soba! I couldn't help but exclaim (alone, of course...).
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Just as I was about to take a picture, Mr. Kanayama of our company was passing by with the buckwheat noodles, so I asked him to join me.
