Today is February 3rd! That's right! It is Setsubun!

The new Awajishima Burger is available only on Setsubun Day for one day only!

Its name is the "Awajishima Ehomaki Burger!

The theme all the way through this year was "ehomaki with Awaji Island burger," and through repeated trial and error, our new staff member Tsutsui-kun arrived at this form after much thought and consideration!

Seven Awaji Island ingredients (Spanish mackerel, sea bream, Kitasaka egg, sliced onion, somen noodles, wakame seaweed, and lettuce) are used in this ehomaki, and the seven ingredients are rolled in "red rice" made with Awaji Island senzan soy sauce and kikko-zu!

The ehomaki is boldly sandwiched between two buns!

When the pucker and bun are opened, the blessing is ready to be served!

The direction of blessing in 2017 is north-northwest! Please enjoy it facing the direction of blessing!
