While the "Roadside Station Uzushio" overlooking the Naruto Straits is undergoing renovation work until around April next year, it will be relocated to a spot with a spectacular view. This location offers a 270-degree panoramic view of the Naruto Straits. The highlight is the Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen Uzumachi Terrace Branch, a burger restaurant that has won the National Local Burger Grand Prix. The "The Awajishima Double Burger Set ~Awajishima Naruto Orange Sauce~" (2,200 yen) is a hearty burger with a patty made from two kinds of minced Awaji beef and twice the amount of sliced onions as usual. The juicy flavor of the meat is accented by the acidity of the orange sauce. The set comes with a choice of five drinks, and on this day we chose the Uzushio Blue Lemon Soda, which looked and tasted refreshing. Store Uzunokuni Uzumachi Terrace offers about 100 kinds of souvenirs, including original products made from Awaji Island ingredients.
