What is "Onokoroshizuku salt"?
It is a salt made from seawater from Awaji Island, cooked slowly and carefully in an iron pot by craftsmen without adding any extra ingredients, and is a true gift of nature from Awaji Island.
Now, the Awajishima Jiko Shizuku-Shio Soft is a collaboration of Jiko Shizuku-Shio and Awajishima Milk Soft, the most popular soft-serve ice cream product!
