Crispy fried large Awaji Spanish mackerel marinated in sweet vinegar and Awaji onion pickles topped with tartar sauce☆.
The secret ingredient is Kinzanji miso made from Awaji onions!
The Spanish mackerel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the pickled onions really add a nice accent. The onion pickles really add a nice accent!
