No. 1: Awajishima Onion Beef Burger

The winner of first place this time was the ever-popular burger! The star of the show is the 8mm thick Awaji Island onion cutlet. On top of the cutlet is Awaji beef cooked in a sweet and spicy sauce and a rich new premium tomato sauce made with twice the amount of tomatoes used in the past. You can enjoy the texture of the secret spicy mayonnaise, crispy lettuce, and new buns together!

No. 2: Awajishima Onion Gratin Burger

Onion gratin sauce and meat miso made from Awaji Island chicken and Awaji Island milk on top of Awaji Island onion cutlets. The onion fondue, made with Kikko vinegar and wine vinegar from Kojima Iwakichi Shoten, which was established in 1875 and has been loved on Awaji Island, is also sandwiched on top of the cutlet!
