Takaraku ware
Hourakuyaki is a local dish of Awaji Island. Fresh seafood such as sea bream and turban shells are placed on an unglazed earthenware pot called a horoku, which is covered with stones, and steamed. It is considered a good luck charm and has been served at festive occasions since ancient times.

It features a special sauce made from a combination of Mizore-an (bean paste with grated radish) and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) poured over a fillet of Awaji Island sea bream that has been grilled with salt!

This limited-time only Japanese-style sea bream burger combines Awaji Island onion steak, crunchy Naruto wakame seaweed, shichimi (seven spices), and seasonal citrus fruits! Please take this opportunity to try it!
Depending on the procurement, we also use sea bream not from Awaji Island.
