We made a prototype of the Valentine's Day sweet one-week limited edition Awajishima burger to be sold from February 7 (Sun.) to February 14 (Sun.) (^o^)
Heart-shaped buns, a handsome Valentine's Day item.
I had a bakery on Awaji Island make a special order for me.
The heart-shaped buns are also custom-made, and the ingredients are made from 100% domestic wheat and baked to perfection.

This heart-shaped bun is filled with the main ingredient "Sachinoka Strawberries",
I also added azuki beans and whipped cream! I also used gyuhi (gyuhi) to add texture!

It turned out cute like this (≧▽≦)
This time, it was a prototype bun, so now we're working on making it a little more fluffy with a few more improvements.
From here, the entire staff will work together to complete the Valentine's Day burger through trial and error!
