The name of the burger is "Awajishima Marugoto Ichiru Anago Katsu Rice Burger".
Special conger eel cutlet on rice buns made from Awaji Island rice! We used a whole conger eel to make the cutlet! Plenty of cabbage, special tartar sauce, and conger eel sauce match each other delicately! We hope you will try it!
